- Unsolved dilemmas: Due to I am the only member of my team, some course design, and requirements seem is not that appropriate for energy detective project. For example, if the "weekly contribution as a team member report" is to assure every team members are doing their jobs, then for me is wasting my time. Because I am the only one to do all the works. I understand as a coaching team also need the report to make sure how’re every team going. When I do the contribution report in this week, which translate my Chinese diary and work tasks into English, I face some dilemmas as the following:
- In ED project, there are some technical works that I able to do but don’t know how to say it or write it as contribution report. Or it will take me time to check it how to say in English. It’s like my first time wrote my CV but don’t know how to do it appropriately.
- I have my own effective way of working on the project which is more convenient for me. Like the API website which I created or use GitHub to upload my code.
- Proposed solutions: As a result, I want to negotiate about the weekly contribution report, could I just use hackpad as task board to update my project progress? I will try my best to list up all the task and also insert the hyperlinks on it. But for the technical part, you can check my codes on my GitHub account.
