為何要建立 glossary
g0v 社群的基礎文化來自開源社群（open source community），從軟體資訊圈開始推動開源、開放的概念和實作方式。其中有些用語有慣用翻譯，glossary 可幫助建立一些相關語彙，包括開放原始碼運動、開放資料、開放政府、開放授權等年會中會提及的主題。
