Q: 非洲的基礎建設沒有太完善，你如何在這樣的環境下製作？
A:
我們認知到眾人透過簡訊、透過訊息服務存取網路，所以我們讓我們的系統符合這套規則。雖然不是很豐富的網路體驗，但對訊息不流通的非洲村莊來說，仍然是非常革命性的。
我們用迷你衛星每天下載網路的資料兩三次，然後提供公眾免費 WiFi，這就像慢下來的網路。

Q: 怎麼處理資料的真假？
例如醫生真假的案例，政府的資料也有錯。
當我們把資料摘出來，大眾發現錯誤，再回饋給政府，形成一個資料驗證循環。
