+ v 的起源：yahoo hackathon, 供吃供睡供啤酒寫 code。原本有別的計畫，但看到了經濟部動能推升計畫..."it's too complicated too understand"。有人用麥當勞搞笑廣告只花了4888 元做了類似的廣告。
