IPA C目前資訊

報價包括：現場烹煮，廚房區刷洗，用餐區屬辦桌垃圾和廚餘善後，不做細部清潔

時間：18:00-21:00

 

與師傅已確認（isabel)

  • 師傅入場時間：上午九點
    • 交誼廳需要入場時間：中午用餐長桌清空後入場擺晚間桌子
    • 開煮時間（在室內簡易廚房，不需雨天備案）
  • ISABEL H撤場時間：晚間十點
  • 桌椅佈置和收拾、垃圾集中、廚房清潔都是師傅負責
  • IPA C開煮位置：外中庭
  • 桌椅數量 ：12桌
  • ISABEL H桌布：餐廳等級桌布
  • IPA C餐具材質 ：目前報價為美耐米餐具，瓷餐具每桌加300元。

 

 

    IPA C待確認（10/30 update）

  • IPA C飲料：請 isabel 問師傅。師傅無法提供，要自行去大賣場買。誰可以幫忙？ipa找到中盤
    • 請便利店（店長 yaru, ipa表姊）跟中盤訂，11/8 傍晚出貨：lora 協調
    • 訂單（預算單上一桌beer x 6，飲料 x 4，請 lora 再抓）：
      • 啤酒（ipa可提供三個釣魚用冰箱）
      • 紅酒
      • 冰箱用冰塊(?)
      • 無酒精飲料

 

  • 特殊餐飲菜單（是否要安排立牌？）：
    • 素：4 位。（阿丁師提供四份素食套餐）
    • 吃肉不吃魚: 1 位（這個應該自己可以判斷）
    • no gluten: 1位 richard （另外買餐，阿丁師可以幫忙擺盤。並安排陪吃人坐旁邊提示）
    • no gluten & other (Gluten and Dairy Free - only rice/rice noodles and no soy sauce/oyster sauce/black bean sauce or similar): 1 位 jen（另外買餐，阿丁師可以幫忙擺盤。並安排陪吃人坐旁邊提示）

 

  • further details:
  • No unfortunately I can't eat cheese :( and Tofu is generally ok but I can't have many sauces so it depends what's in the soup.
