+ 公共工程委員會的PCCES程式，難免會有或多或少的問題。如果能開放程式碼，或許產生更多的功能和符合各類工程預算編製的需求。
+ 而營建署的公共工程常用植栽手冊內的pcces單價，如果可以納入工程會PCCES基本資料庫內，以xml的公開型態，也能對綠化工程的預算編製有些進步的作用。
+ 另外，也希望藉由政府的資源，能因此嘉惠在Linux或Mac上的使用者。
