起源：
因為我有一個澳洲的教授朋友在十一月要到台灣，他對流動式民主很感興趣，想訪問 g0v。我看到 g0v 臉書也有人在詢問是否有人可以接待和跟來自克羅埃西亞的 NGO 社團交流。為了促進國際間各個組織對 g0v 有進一步的認識，產生進一步的交流和分享，所以挖這個坑自己跳。這樣就可以不只幫到自己的澳洲朋友，更可以幫助更多國際間對 g0v 有興趣的人們了。
