前情提要
Code for America 舉辦 CodeAcross 2014 活動 (2/21-23)，以 Beyond Transparency 為今年主題 ，同時響應 OKFN International Open Data Day (2/22)
會議內容
- 互相介紹，並討論 g0v 如何及是否加入 CfA network，成為 Code For All Brigade 之一。
- g0v 社群如果決定成為 Brigade，可以在 2/22 成立，針對活動當日 CfA 會提供一些支援（活動補助金、貼紙等等）。

- CodeForAll (international brigade) 自主運作，有些國家有仿效 CfA fellowship program（送人進市政府工作一年，發掘問題、帶到 community 解決），但是經費是獨立募集的
- clkao 問: CfA Brigade 一般來說都是城市層級的運作，似乎沒有聯邦層級。Lynn 認為解決和市民第一線接觸問題，一般是地方政府。g0v.tw 目前許多 project 都是和中央政府相關，clkao 認為，也許因為地域、行政層級，多數專案在台灣適合同時和中央及地方溝通。如求職小幫手，去和每個縣市勞工局協調釋出格式並不經濟，因此可同時從中央主管單位下手。Lynn 表示這個觀察非常有趣，希望之後能多分享 g0v 的經驗。
- CfA Brigade 建議角色分為 : Leader、Story Teller、Community Organizer、Delivery Lead (人形 hub)、Municipal Partner. clkao 說在 g0v 也蠻類似的，只是每個角色都有多個人，各 project 又略有不同，彼此重疊。Lynn 表示這個分法也算是 CfA 運作後，自然生成的生態，算是寫下來讓新地方比較能快一些進入狀況，並且會針對各種角色有 training program。
- Brigade 非常強調與政府合作，因為才能快速讓解決方案實際被套用，所以才有 fellowship program. clkao 表示：經過三四次黑客松後，已經開始有公務人員主動想參與、把問題帶到社群，有點像是 reverse-fellowship。Lynn: 靠這比 fellowship 還酷

Chia-liang KaoLynn: Great to hear from you and I'm so glad that you are interested in starting a Brigade. As a Code for All policy we only support one Brigade per city. While a Brigade can have different groups that focus on different issue areas we encourage groups to work together to further the civic tech movement where they live.
Lynn: We also only have the institutional capacity to support one Brigade per city. Can you please confirm to me whether or not yourself and Th Schee are both working out of Taipei? You explained briefly your reasoning for working separately but I would imagine that coordinating for CodeAcross could be possible and we can then have a call at a later date to discuss the Brigade structure that would make the most sense for Taipei moving forward. One option would be, if Th is planning a smaller event on CodeAcross as you mentioned, to have that event take place at your venue and we can update the link from our website accordingly.
clkao: 一月底在 google groups 上的時候，我以為 CfT event 要辦在新北市，所以有說不如 g0v.tw 就在台北響應，後來好像有看到要縮小進行，請問目前的狀況是... ? n
schee: 後來在群組都有更新現況 我跟 Lynn con-call 的狀況也寫在 google group 目前的狀況還在找民間的場地，分散在幾個討論串，集中討論在這 https://trello.com/c/b1R4bbZq
clkao: Lynn 有提到，如果你們這邊預計縮小規模的話，也許在 g0v.tw 的場地有一個空間進行是個方式。不知道目前預計人數大約多少呢？是只有下午嗎？
schee: 感謝，不過我們想避免非正式方式使用公家的資源，後來可能會有問題的。就算是中研院，可能會議中心那邊付錢也會是比較好的作法。目前完全沒宣傳已有五十人之譜報名，不敢動宣傳。CK, Yingchu 有沒什麼想法？
schee: 我先說明一下，Code Across 是活動，目前是實質帶起 brigade 的運作 Brigade 是以城市為主，CfT 本來就多以台北市為主 http://codefortomorrow.org/events 所以登記為 brigade 沒問題
schee: International Node 是另外一回事 當初登記錯誤所以才會命名為台灣 http://brigade.codeforamerica.org/locations/236 目前 http://www.codeforamerica.org/codeacross-2014/ 的台北 是連回 http://cft.kktix.cc/events/odd2014 CfT 也算是第二次響應這活動 之前 opendataday.org 也把中文翻譯好了 :)
schee: code across, brigade, international node 三個東西對 CfA 內部來說是不一樣 他們還在實驗就是了
schee: 一種作法 我把 g0v 的活動訊息掛上（或是請 g0v 社群動一下，把 hackpad URL 給我）讓透過這個連結到的人可以選擇要去哪一場活動

schee: Lynn 剛去 CfA，很有經驗，但算是資淺。我還是要強調 Brigade 是開放的 International Node 有很多程序 我們已經在進行 麻煩 clkao 也讓 g0v 的朋友知道 :)
所以結論是 g0v 跟 CfT 一起申請 brigade，這樣 Taipei 就有兩個社群窗口可以並行？之後還有其他組織或社群也想來的話就全部一起這樣？

說明一下，在順序上 CfT 去年就申請，但 CfA 是到了 Code Across 才開始對 Brigade 系統接觸（之前有其他人代工），也是因為 Lynn 的新任就職，CfA 才比較積極的推行國際網絡（先從 brigade 和 code across 開始） 。
我突然想到在 CfT 內成立一個 g0v 研究小組好像也不錯，來好好把經驗貢獻在 g0v! ;)
g0v 研究小組？應該也不用研究吧，直接來 contribute 就好了不是？是說好愛米跟開放食庫不知道有沒有 open source？一直沒找到 git 的 repository XD
