  • 104年度，雨蒼> 這是之前預算案研習營的相關投影片，上傳兩個版本，一個是google文件，一個是原始的doc、pptx等格式。內容包含：我國預算案如何編列、今年預算案哪裡有問題、各部會的預算案又有哪裡有問題。g0v擅長統計為主的分析方式，而這邊則是從預算來分析未來的政策方向。有空的朋友，可以下載回去閱讀。

    • 成立依據：「預算中心（以下簡稱本中心）依據立法院組織法第二十一條規定，負責有關中央政府預算、決算及其他相關法案之研究、分析、評估及諮詢等事項。茲為配合委員問政之需求，爰將本中心最近完成之各種研究報告（不含機密類），整理歸納上網，期能方便委員查詢及引用。」

      • 目前 g0v/twbudget 上的資料解析度不夠高, 以 nplbudget 上款>項>目>節>欄 來說只到目, 而且也沒有說明. 請參考"年度預決算 > 歲出機關別預算表", 內有各節說明, 可以加入g0v/twbudget的資料庫中, 然後透過搜尋找出中央政府歲出用途別科目分析表, 內有預算的各欄欄位(比方說人事費等等)
      • 中央政府各機關總員額法員額彙計表有人事員額(到目解析度), 可以拿來算職員月薪?
    • 問：各單位各領域的預算資料，可以跟那些計畫的成效指標做對照嗎？比方說，消費卷的預算、預計成效，與實際上成效的比較。因為每次新政策一出來，對經濟沒研究的人一時間都不知道該怎麼看待，有過去的資料可以參考的話可能會比較知道該如何看待這些新政策。 by @ETBlue

    • 關於歷年預算變化. 根據 http://www.ted.com/talks/hans_rosling_shows_the_best_stats_you_ve_ever_seen.html 和 http://bost.ocks.org/mike/nations/ 和 https://github.com/clkao/twbudget. 初步弄了一個簡易版的 http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~chshou/nations/ 可以看到一些圈圈歷年變化的趨勢和背後代表的意義. 歡迎更多人做 extension (像是 zoom-in/zoom-out, 增加其他的 dimension) by chhsiao (老蕭)
    • @pofeng 健保預算大約是 5000 億，金額相當於政府稅收 1/3 ~ 1/4，但是將來健保會的委員人數只有33位， 平均下來一位健保會委員所影響的金額比立法委員還高，希望能有更多人關心這一塊。
    • Kirsten Liu: 圈圈的tag除了名稱之外是不是可以嘗試在圈圈上時可出現線到x軸並顯示出x軸內容(估計值或細值均可, 這樣比較好看是花多少錢)
