CHE L一、為什麼要搬遷資料？

(1) 其實 hackpad 已經無法再維護了，目前感謝 Ronny 用備份方式延續 g0v.hackpad 內容，雖然仍可以編輯，但已不建議繼續使用 hackpad。過去也發生過 g0v.hackpad 壞掉、內容無法取得的狀況。

(2) 透過大家貢獻的素材資料，逐漸會有標記「標籤」的需求，但目前的 hackpad 本身是文件，無法支援結構化資料的整理需求。

二、因應方案建議

(1) 工作說明

  • 以下列出因應方案，並請提出者稍作說明。
  • 不論日後採用哪一種因應方案，本 hackpad 都需要留下「傳送門」，讓造訪 hackpad 的人，都能夠找到新的協作工作區。

    • 是一些處理很多人一起幹嘛幹嘛的原則。
    • 了解「不開放」，可以輔助勾勒「開放」的模樣。
  • 群體社會關係
    • 促進互相學習，互相參照。
    • 設想到「未來的參與者、當前的參與者、過往的參與者」，並且將大家連結起來機制。
  • 權利義務與遊戲規則
    • 並行著「自主權」的建構，例如開放種源、自由軟體等。

TEDGlobal 2012 開放世界的四個原則

  • 「合作」：從個人、組織、到企業、政府等各種單位，透過科技以及社群媒體所提供的新生產模式，合作關係不再難以串聯。
  • 「透明化」：當全球組織趨於透明，外在包裝之下如果沒有擁有相應的價值，將無法建立起在網路世代中最重要的信任。
  • 「分享」：不同於透明化的定義為信息的流通，分享是指「放棄知識產權」。
